VAM Investments, private equity investment holding company specialized in buyout and growth capital controlled by Francesco Trapani, led by Marco Piana, CEO and shareholder, and investee by Tages, has acquired the assets of Slam, the historic Italian clothing brand for specialized sailing in high quality technical material founded in 1979 in Genoa. The transaction was completed through the newco SLAM.com
